Bio: I’ve been a mover my entire life, but a torn ACL and a fractured spine in my early twenties helped me realize that I didn't know anything about how my body worked or how I should be taking care of it. After being sidelined for a full year I was determined to rebuild myself. 10 years later, my injuries have healed, but I continue to rebuild and reinvent myself and my approach to movement every single day. What I’ve learned consistently is that there is no one solution, no one-stop shop. The body requires variety and balance and so I pull from different modalities to provide a unique and well-rounded experience. 

Much of my class fuses traditional yoga with joint-specific mobility training to fortify and strengthen muscle and joint tissues, while gradually preparing the body for peak postures.
