All autopay memberships have a 3-month initial commitment.

All memberships are on monthly autopay. If you ever need to freeze, downgrade, or cancel, we require a 7-day notice in writing via our cancellation form. If you cancel within 7 days, you’ll be charged on your next billing date.

Yes! All memberships auto-renew monthly until you cancel. Payments are deducted from your credit or debit card on the date that you originally purchased the membership. For example, if you paid on the 5th of May, then your next payment will be deducted on the 5th of June.

If your card is declined and we don’t receive a payment from you within 14 days of your initial billing date, we'll cancel your membership and you’ll be responsible for paying the value of the classes you took during the unpaid time period at the studio’s drop-in rate.

Great question! Your 10% off discount on events and retail will be automatically applied at checkout.

Your membership is just for you and can't be shared. But you do get unlimited free guest passes for friends who are brand new to Sol Seek!
