Are you ready for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure?
Adventure inspired by you.
Choose (your) adventure.
This is more than just a retreat. It’s an adventure! We’ll use the four elements in our yoga classes to dive into introspection and we’ll use adventure to let loose and have fun.
Although most of the retreat will be guided, you’ll also have the opportunity to create an experience that resonates with you. The retreat comes with a few nearby adventure opportunities and one big excursion to a massive erupting tide pool.
You’re welcome to add more adventures for an additional cost like:
A long hike through the jungle to a waterfall
Horseback riding on the mountainside
Surf lessons (perfect for beginners!) or guiding (great for experienced surfers)
This yoga and Adventure Retreat in Panama will be a mix of self-exploration and wild, unapologetic fun!
Yoga inspired by the elements.
Explore (your) nature.
Find your connection with each of the 4 elements through twice daily yoga and meditation practices, including 4 transformational element workshops that incorporate movement, breath, journaling, and community connection. Each workshop will focus on a single element that will be further explored through our outdoor adventures that day.
Ground into the Earth element with a walking meditation and gentle yoga practice on the beach.
Dive into the Water element with an ocean-inspired yoga flow, then swim or SUP in the warm water.
Connect with the Air element through breathwork and acroyoga.
Ignite your inner Fire through a powerful and playful Fire Flow and a bonfire on the beach.

Meet Your Yoga Retreat Leader
Jill Agonias
Jill is a Santa Barbara, California-based yoga teacher and studio owner who believes in yoga as a transformational tool for introspection, creativity, and connecting with your whole self - messiness and all. Her lighthearted approach to teaching invites you to explore your true nature - the core of who you are. With an emphasis on creative sequencing, her classes are unique and extra fun.
In class, Jill invites you to dive deep into serious self-inquiry while also being immersed in big laughs and awkward dad jokes. With her guidance, you’ll move in ways you may have never moved before, breathe in ways that feel damn good, learn a bit of life philosophy, and smile when things get tough.
Jill has traveled to over 30 countries, backpacked around the world for a year and a half, has been practicing yoga since 2008 and teaching since 2013. She also owns and operates Sol Seek Yoga Studio in Santa Barbara!
Natalie Sampila
When Natalie moved to Santa Barbara in 1997, she took her first public yoga class and physically felt so out of place. But when she realized how it led her to feel so good within, she was hooked.
She needed to understand the what and the why's of this ancient practice so she began the long and continuous journey of learning as much as she could about yoga and ayurveda. She became certified as a 200-hour yoga teacher in 2000 and as of now, she has over 1500 hours of training and is a lead trainer for Sol Seek’s Yoga Teacher Training. Though she truly believes that she’s only as good of a teacher as she is a student.
While becoming a householder, she studied Prana Flow with Shiva Rea and today teaches all levels and interweaves tantric yoga with ayurvedic teachings she received from Kerala Academy of Ayurvedic Medicine.
Her joy and passion are to be guided by the going-ons of the outside world and use creative sequencing, breath awareness, foundation, and alignment, sprinkled with challenge, support, and a little laughter to get you to feel what we all deserve…. Full of all you need!
