Freeze Membership

Want to freeze your membership? No problem! You can freeze your membership for a minimum of 14 days at a time and for a maximum of 30 days a year. 

To freeze, please fill out the form below. You must give us a 7-day heads up before your billing date! If you’re automatically charged on your normal billing date before we’re able to process your request, you won’t receive a refund but your next billing date will be pushed back accordingly.
