For the safety and security of our community, studio doors are locked 5 minutes after class starts. If you will be more than 5 minutes late we recommend you take another class on the schedule.
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing cold or flu symptoms please stay home and practice with us virtually.
Help us keep the studio tidy by storing your personal belongings in the provided cubbies (or lockers at El Porto!)
During class, refrain from speaking aloud to your neighbors.
If you have an urgent need during class, wave your teacher over. Please ask other questions after class.
Towels are for sweat! Please use tissues for your nose.
If you need to use the restroom during class, please leave and re-enter mindfully.
If you need to leave class early, please set your mat up near the door or the rear of the studio, and let your teacher know before class begins.
Stay for Savasana! This is a special time in our practice and we don't want to interrupt the tranquility of others in the room.
After class, please wipe down Sol Seek mats, blocks, and put away props, weights, blankets, straps and bolsters so that they are ready for the next group of students to enjoy their practice.
Please place any towels in the hamper for laundering.
Please do not wear shoes in the studio space.
Please refrain from wearing anything with a strong scent in the studio, but please DO wear deodorant or anti-perspirant.
Our studio space is device-free to create the ultimate mindful experience.
If this is your first ever yoga class, we are honored to share it with you! Our classes generally are all levels, however if it's your first time taking a yoga class we recommend stepping into a Slow Flow or a Yin Yoga class to ease in.
It's normal to be a little confused the first time you take class. But with time and practice the shapes and cues will become familiar.

Our Manhattan Beach "El Porto" studio is primarily a hot yoga studio. Warm classes range between 85 and 95 degrees, and our sweatiest classes are between 100 and 110 degrees. Check out this location here.
YES! At Sol Seek, we offer a wide range of classes, many of which are suitable for everyone regardless of experience, fitness level, and yes, even flexibility. Our highly qualified instructors have been trained to offer options for most injuries. Please arrive early and speak with your instructor who can offer options for you during class.
Santa Barbara + The Loft (Unheated) ages 12-14 with parental supervision are allowed. 14 and above are welcome without supervision.
El Porto (Hot Studio) our minimum age is 16.
Parents or guardians must sign our liability waiver in advance of the first class.
If you have a favorite yoga mat we recommend bringing it, or you can rent one of ours (mat rental is included in the New Member Special and for all VIP members).
We have all other props that you can use in studio.
Mats and towels are included for students on the New Member Special and VIP Members. At our hot studio, towel service is also complimentary for these groups.
For non-members, rental fees apply:
Mats: $3 per use
Mat Towels: $5 per use
Shower Towels: $2 per use
We offer showers at our Manhattan Beach El Porto studio only.
Yes, we recommend signing up in advance! First-time visitors must complete a liability waiver before class. Popular classes can fill quickly, so reserving your spot ahead of time ensures your wellness stays a priority. You can even add classes to your personal calendar upon registration—make the commitment and follow through!
For livestream classes, registration closes 10 minutes before class starts.
We understand that life happens. We appreciate your efforts to always try to arrive at least 5 minutes before class. For the safety and security of our students and staff, we lock the studio doors 5 minutes after class has started. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late please contact the studio.
As a small business, we kindly ask that you manage your own class cancellations. Some in-studio classes have very limited capacity and often sell out, so if you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible through your Sol Seek account on our website or app.
We cannot guarantee that texts, emails, or calls will be seen in time to process cancellations on your behalf. Using our app or website is the quickest and most reliable way to cancel your reservation.
Please be mindful of our cancellation policy. For our unheated studios (The Loft + Santa Barbara) we require a 2 hour cancellation window. For our hot studio (El Porto) our cancellation window is 6 hours before class. If you don't cancel within the window your credit card on file will be charged a $15 cancellation or no show fee.
All purchases, including classes, events, and trainings, are considered final. In most cases we are able to add a credit to your account that can be used for future classes, events, trainings, or store merchandise.
Yes we do! We offer small group and large group private yoga as well as individual sessions. We also offer Reiki and Intuitive sessions.

We’re happy to extend class packs for medical reasons or other extenuating circumstances. Please send us an email to make the request.
All autopay memberships have a 3-month initial commitment. After that, you can cancel at any time with 7 days notice before your next billing date.
Yes! All memberships auto-renew monthly until you cancel. Payments are deducted from your credit or debit card on the date that you originally purchased the membership. For example, if you paid on the 5th of May, then your next payment will be deducted on the 5th of June.
We can’t wait to welcome your guest to class! As a member when you register for class you will see the option to " add a guest" after you complete your own registration. Tap the prompt and your guest will be added.
Your membership is just for you and can't be shared.

Due to storage limitations and a high volume of classes (with a small staff) we are unable to archive every single virtual class.
If you have a particular class or teacher you always want to catch but can't make the time virtually we recommend signing up for the virtual class (regardless of whether or not you can attend) and you will get an email after class that will have a link to the recording. The recording is yours for a week to watch.
Your 10% off discount on retail will be automatically deducted at the front desk when you check out.
