Membership Terms + Conditions

Your Sol Seek Yoga membership is a monthly auto-renewing subscription with no long-term commitment. Your membership will remain active and you will be billed every month until you cancel (7-day notice required).

By signing up for a Sol Seek Yoga membership, you are agreeing that you are responsible for using your membership and any unused classes or months will not carry over to the following pay period or be refunded.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

(a) I agree to purchase the membership as an automatic charge to my credit card. I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit card or checking account, or have permission from the holder to use his/her/their credit card or checking account for this autopay contract.

(b) I understand that I must give 7-days notice to freeze my membership and that I can freeze my membership for no less than 2 weeks at a time and no more than 2 months per calendar year.

(c) I understand that I must give 7-days notice to cancel my membership. If I do not cancel my membership with 7 days notice, I will be charged on my billing date and will not receive a refund. More information can be found at solseekyoga.com/cancel

(d) I understand that I am responsible for using my membership and unused classes will not carry over to the following pay period. I will not be refunded for any unused classes or months.

(e) I understand that my service will be put on hold if my payment fails and becomes more than 5 calendar days late, and I will be charged a $10 admin fee.

(f) I understand that if my payment exceeds 10 days late, my membership will be terminated and I must pay Sol Seek Yoga, the value of the classes I took during the unpaid time period at the studio’s regular drop-in rate.

(g) I understand that membership perks are subject to change without notice.

(h) I understand that membership rates are subject to change with 14-day notice.

(i) I understand that if I am offered storage for personal belongings, it is my responsibility to ensure that my items are safe whether or not I am present in the studio. I will not hold Sol Seek Yoga liable for any damages to property or theft.
