Class Descriptions

Our primary class style. Flow (vinyasa) is a dynamic and rejuvenating style of yoga that synchronizes movement with breath. This style of yoga not only strengthens and stretches the body, but also calms the mind and nourishes the soul. The vinyasa sequences are a fun and dynamic way to improve flexibility, balance, and endurance. It's also a great way to relieve stress and find inner peace.

Offered at all locations. Warm + Hot Flow classes are offered at El Porto.


Burn classes are all about getting your heart pumping with high-intensity, functional movement, incorporating weights and resistance bands into the practice. Expect a mix of rhythmic movements, strength-building exercises, and some yoga (depending on the instructor). It’s a playful and energizing way to bring movement into your practice, fueled by the collective energy of group movement. It’s as joyful as it is empowering—movement makes community!

Chair Yoga

This practice utilizes a yoga chair to go deep into postures and to create space in the body. Don't let the name fool you-this is not an easy class, but it is accessible to all levels. Using the chair as a partner, some postures are standing and others are on the floor. This is great for people looking to move slow & go deep, or those with injuries looking for a low impact practice.

Offered at The Loft location. Coming to Santa Barbara in 2025.


Hot Advanced Flow

A weekly master class where practitioners of all levels are encouraged to push their boundaries. In this dynamic class, we offer inversions and arm balances, but more importantly, we invite you to challenge your own perceptions of what's possible.

Hot Flow Burn

A powerful fusion of yoga and resistance training designed to strengthen both body and mind. This class alternates between flowing yoga sequences and targeted strength exercises using weights, building muscle while enhancing flexibility and mobility. By focusing on the mind-muscle connection and using breath to guide movement, Flow Burn takes yoga to a new level of intensity and awareness.

Kundalini

Kundalini yoga is a spiritual practice that involves dynamic movements, breathwork, and meditation to awaken and channel dormant spiritual energy, known as "kundalini," believed to reside at the base of the spine. Practitioners aim to achieve higher states of consciousness and self-awareness through the activation and upward movement of this energy.

Move + Meditate

Designed to help you hit the reset button on your nervous system, this class is the perfect opportunity to transition from the busyness of daily life to a state of calm and tranquility. With an emphasis on ritual and self-inquiry, we explore intentional breathwork, yoga asana and mobility movements that allow us to release tension and find ease in body and mind.

Movement, Meditation + Magic

Taught by the incredible Paresh. Step into an inspiring practice where movement meets meditation and empowerment! This class weaves together elements of Kundalini-inspired practices in a modern, accessible way. Through uplifting movement, guided meditations, mantras, and heartfelt discussions, you'll tap into high-vibrational energy and connect with a supportive community. Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice designed to support your body and calm your mind. By using props to fully support each pose, your muscles and nervous system can completely relax, allowing you to release tension and restore balance. This slow, meditative practice encourages the body to shift out of “fight or flight” mode and into a state of rest and renewal; promoting better sleep, reduced stress, and enhanced well-being.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is a gentle and supportive style of yoga designed specifically for expectant mothers. This practice helps to promote physical and mental well-being during pregnancy by incorporating gentle stretches, strengthening exercises, and breathing techniques. Prenatal yoga can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and relieve common discomforts such as back pain and swelling. With its focus on connection and relaxation, prenatal yoga also helps expectant mothers prepare for birth and create a deeper bond with their growing baby.

Slow Flow

Take the rush out of life with our slow flow class. Designed to help you unwind and deepen your practice, this slower-paced class is ideal for those seeking a gentle yet effective burn, as well as beginners to Vinyasa flow. Our experienced instructors carefully guide you through each posture, slowing down the elements of a traditional vinyasa flow to cultivate strength and mindfulness.

Therapeutic Flow

This class invites you to slow down and explore the therapeutic side of yoga. Using the wall, props, and other techniques, each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the group. Warm Integrative Body Flow

Step into Integrative Body Flow, where yoga and Pilates unite for an invigorating fusion class like no other! Yin Yoga

Yin is a deeply calming yet challenging practice designed to enhance flexibility and release tension from the body's connective tissues. With long-held, floor-based poses, this slow-paced class encourages you to settle into stillness, allowing for a profound sense of release, both physically and mentally. Perfect for anyone seeking greater flexibility, stress relief, or a calming reset, Yin is highly recommended for athletes looking to balance intense training with mindful recovery.

Yin + Flow

Yin + Flow is a great class for those looking for something in between super sweaty and super chill. During the morning times this class starts with slow long holds of yin and then builds up to a vigorous and energizing all levels vinyasa flow. During the evening times class starts with an all levels vinyasa flow and then winds down  into the slow long holds of yin.

Yin + Sound Bath

Experience the ultimate combination of yin yoga and sound healing!  In our unique classes, each sound practitioner enhances your yin practice with a rich tapestry of sounds designed to deepen relaxation and elevate your meditation. Instruments often include sound bowls, ocean drums, crystal pyramids, rain sticks, tuning forks, gongs, koshi chimes, handpans, and more—creating a truly immersive and transformative experience.
