We're thrilled to have you as a VIP member! Our goal is to help you live your healthiest and most joyful life. We know commitment is tough, but you've taken a huge step in the right direction. Because we take your well-being seriously, we have set guidelines regarding class cancellations, membership freezes, and cancellations. Please read our membership agreementcarefully and let us know if you have any questions.
Terms of Membership
- All VIP memberships are auto-renewing and require a minimum 3-month commitment upon sign-up.
- If you experience extenuating circumstances or face financial hardship, please reach out to us at hello@solseekyoga.com. We’re happy to work with you.
Class Cancellation Policy
- Late Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- The Loft and Santa Barbara Studios: Cancel at least 2 hours before class.
- El Porto Studio: Cancel at least 6 hours before class.
- In the event of a Late Cancellation or "No Show," a $15 fee will be charged to your credit card on file for in-studio and outdoor classes.
- Sol Seek Yoga reserves the right to change its Late Cancellation/No Show policy at any time. The policy is displayed:
- In every class registration email confirmation.
- On the cancellation page within the Walla platform (via app or website).
- If you are charged a Late Cancellation or No Show fee due to extenuating circumstances, you may email hello@solseekyoga.com to request a waiver.
Cancellation of Membership
- After the initial 3-month commitment, you may cancel at any time by submitting a written cancellation request to hello@solseekyoga.com.
- For monthly auto-renewal memberships:
- A 7-day written notice is required prior to your next billing date.
- If the cancellation request is received after payment has been processed or less than 7 days before the billing date, the payment will be placed as account credit for future class or merchandise purchases.
Credit Card Decline Policy
- If your credit or debit card is declined for any payment, you will be notified via email and/or text (if opted in) and required to update your payment method within 7 days.
- Membership access will be suspended until the balance is resolved.
- You are responsible for any outstanding dues during this time, regardless of membership usage.
Purchase Policy
- All purchases—including class series, single classes, unlimited class packages, and memberships—are non-refundable and considered final sales, regardless of usage.
- By purchasing, you agree that failure to attend or use the services does not entitle you to a refund, partial refund, or chargeback.
Chargeback Policy
- By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that all purchases are final and authorize Sol Seek Yoga to charge the payment method on file for recurring membership fees or purchases.
- Any disputes regarding charges must be submitted directly to hello@solseekyoga.com for resolution.
- Chargebacks filed through your bank or credit card issuer without prior communication with Sol Seek Yoga may result in legal action, additional fees, and suspension of membership privileges.
Membership Freeze Policy
- VIP members may freeze their memberships with 7 days' written notice sent to hello@solseekyoga.com.
- Freezes require a firm reactivation date.
- Freezes are not allowed during the first three months of membership.
- Legacy VIP Memberships:
- Freezes are limited to one month per year.
- Freezing beyond this period forfeits your discounted rate.
