Terms of Service

Welcome to Sol Seek Yoga. By accessing, purchasing, or using any of our services, including but not limited to yoga classes, workshops, teacher trainings, wellness services, and studio rentals, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Agreement"). This agreement is effective upon your purchase of services including classes, trainings, and workshops.


1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing or participating in any Sol Seek Yoga offering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms, including our refund, cancellation, and liability policies. These terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.



2. PURCHASE POLICY & NO REFUNDS

All sales, including but not limited to class series, single classes, unlimited class purchases, memberships, workshops, and trainings, are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you agree that:

  • All class series and packages have expiration dates as stated at the time of purchase.
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including withdrawal, non-attendance, or dissatisfaction with the classes, workshops, privates, or teacher trainings.
  • Extensions for medical reasons may be considered upon written request to hello@solseekyoga.com.
  • Monthly memberships renew automatically. A minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the next billing cycle is required for cancellation. Cancellations within the first three months are subject to a one-month fee.
  • Chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider regarding a legitimate purchase will be contested to the fullest extent, and you will be liable for any associated fees, legal costs, or damages incurred as a result of an unjustified dispute.
  • Unworn/unused in-store merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund.



3. TEACHER TRAINING & ACCOUNT CREDIT POLICY

If you withdraw from a teacher training, no refund will be issued. However, you may receive an account credit for the amount paid, minus the prorated value of the training already attended. This credit:

  • Is valid exclusively at Sol Seek Yoga.
  • May be applied toward future teacher trainings or class purchases.
  • Is non-transferable and expires one year from the date of issue.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds.



4. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

  • Non-Members: If you pre-register for a class and cancel less than 2 hours before class time at "The Loft" or "Santa Barbara" (or less than 6 hours before class time at "El Porto"), you forfeit the class fee.
  • Members: A $15 late cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method on file.



5. LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By participating in any Sol Seek Yoga class, workshop, or service, you acknowledge that yoga and fitness activities involve inherent risks of physical injury, illness, disability, or death. You agree:

  • To participate at your own risk and judge your own physical capabilities.
  • That Sol Seek Yoga, its instructors, employees, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss arising from participation.
  • To release, waive, and discharge Sol Seek Yoga from all liability, including negligence, for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.
  • That you are responsible for informing instructors of any medical conditions before participating.



6. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE

By attending Sol Seek Yoga events, you grant us the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, or voice in any photographs, videos, or media for promotional purposes. You waive any rights to compensation, inspection, or approval.



7. INFRARED SAUNA & WELLNESS SERVICES

By using Kuleana Holistic Health’s infrared sauna and Ballancer Pro services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You must consult a physician if you are taking medications or have health conditions.
  • No one under 18 years is permitted without a supervising adult.
  • Sauna sessions must not exceed 45 minutes and 165°F.
  • You assume all risks related to these services and waive any claims against Sol Seek Yoga and Kuleana Holistic Health.



8. COVID-19 RELEASE

By participating in any Sol Seek Yoga class or event, you acknowledge the risks associated with COVID-19 and voluntarily assume all related risks, releasing Sol Seek Yoga from any liability.



9. FORCE MAJEURE

Sol Seek Yoga shall not be liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.



10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the County of Los Angeles, CA or Santa Barbara, CA, depending on the studio location.
  • In the event of litigation, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees.



11. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.



12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the full and final agreement between you and Sol Seek Yoga, superseding all prior agreements. Amendments may only be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Sol Seek Yoga.

By purchasing or participating in any Sol Seek Yoga service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
