In our 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, we invite you to transcend the conventional boundaries of teaching and truly live the essence of yoga.
As teachers we know our role is not just about teaching asana, it’s also about living and breathing the transformative power of this ancient practice. We believe in cultivating instructors who don't just guide students through sequences but radiate the wisdom and authenticity that yoga inspires.
Through an immersive curriculum, you'll not only refine your teaching skills but also delve into your own practice on a deeper level, internalizing the philosophy and principles that make yoga a way of life. Watch as your teaching becomes a powerful catalyst for positive change in the lives of those you guide on their yogic path.
Requirements
To embark on this journey, trainees must have completed a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program, wither with Sol Seek or another accredited yoga school.
This training is a choose-your-own-adventure style course, meaning you can pick and choose from a variety of modules that suit your interests as a teacher. However, the following modules are required for ALL trainees:
Advanced Teacher Training Immersion (80 Hours)** This immersion is designed to give you the tools and awareness to become an intentional teacher who guides others with confidence, speaks authentically, and helps change the world for the better. (Investment: $1,500)
Mentorship (50 Hours)** Our mentorship program includes community class participation, 1:1 guidance from a seasoned teacher, and personalized feedback designed to help you grow as a teacher. (Investment: $1,500)
Additional requirements:
You must accumulate at least 170 Hours of training from our Advanced Learning Modules. These offerings include:
Yin Yoga Teacher Training (50 Hours) **
Restorative Yoga Teacher Training (50 Hours) ^
Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training (50 Hours) ^
Chair Yoga Teacher Training (30 Hours) ^
Advanced + Creative Sequencing for Teachers (30 Hours) ^
Fly Arm Balance + Inversion Training (30 hours) ^
Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training (30 Hours) **
Burn Teacher Training (50 Hours) **
Reiki Level 1+2 Training (25 Hours) **

You must have the flexibility to complete your 300-Hour Training on your own time (within 2 years) - ensuring that the learning process aligns with your schedule and commitments.
You must practice at Sol Seek Yoga a minimum of 2 times per week for the duration of your training.

Total Cost to Get Started: $225
($100 Application + Commitment Fee + $125 per month discounted membership for the duration of training)
Modules, Mentorship + Immersion: Pay as you go with member discount rate
(Module pricing varies based on the number of hours and ranges from $225 to $1,550. Each module is paid for separately and all 300-hour participants receive the membership discount on modules.)
