Our lives are bombarded with information, our devices constantly feeding us morsels of news, trends, and advice leaving us feeling overwhelmed and drained.

It's easy to feel lost in the chaos, to forget that within our own community, others are experiencing similar challenges.

A hike is not something to trudge through (I had to hike all the way up those stairs!) or an insult (take a hike!).

It’s a prayer. Perhaps even a meditation. Every single step.

The W.H.O. has declared loneliness a global health concern. In these fractured times, mindful community through shared practice is an antidote to that collective isolation and as a balm for our wounded culture.

Life, like the ocean, comes in waves! Sometimes we're riding high, catching a sweet wave of success and joy. Other times we eat sh*t, submerging in the depths of uncertainty.
