On the Website:
Step 1: Login to your account using the Login page.
Step 2: Click “Cancel” on the far right side of the booking you wish to cancel.
Step 3: To confirm click “Yes, Cancel my Booking”
Cancelling Class:

On the Mobile App:
Step 1: Open the Mobile App
Step 2: Go to the Bookings tab
Step 3: Tap the booking you wish to cancel
Step 4: On the bottom right of the screen, hit “Cancel”
Step 5: Tap “Yes, Confirm”
