*A note on sweat vs. level:

The sweat number is a good indicator of how sweaty you will get, but not necessarily how much skill is required to move through the flow. The higher the sweat number, the more intense the workout and the faster the pace. Higher level classes, on the other hand, are recommended for those with some experience in balances, inversions, and flexibility, whereas lower level classes are ideal for those looking to learn the basics.

Burn classes are a straight-up, total-body workout that is both playful and fierce. You’ll be empowered and cheered on as your body is challenged using weights, yoga-inspired shapes, rhythmic movements, and all-out cardio bursts. Fire Flow classes get you moving at a powerful, active pace. This class is meant to build resilience and stoke your inner fire, so you’ll get lots of opportunities to turn up the heat . If you’re in the mood for a fusion of yoga flow with a hit of strength-training intensity, this one’s for you!

Flow 1-2 classes get you on your feet and into a natural breath-to-movement rhythm. This class is meant for any student, wherever they’re at in their yoga-journey, so we offer multiple options for most poses. If you’re craving a creative, choose-your-own adventure yoga class, Flow 1-2 is for you!

+ Flow 2 • Grow your flow

Level 2 • Sweat 4

Flow 2 classes get you on your feet and into a natural breath-to-movement rhythm. Meant for students who are familiar with most yoga poses, you’ll get lots of opportunities to explore poses that challenge your flexibility, strength, and body awareness. If you want a creative, empowering yoga class-- this is it!

+ Flow 2-3 • Show gravity who's boss

Level 2-3 • Sweat 4 • 60 Min

Flow 2-3 classes get you on your feet and into a natural breath-to-movement rhythm. Meant for students who are familiar with most yoga poses, including arm balances and inversions, you’ll get lots of opportunities to challenge your flexibility, strength, and body awareness. If you are craving a creative, find-your-edge yoga class, Flow 2-3 is for you!

+ Flow + Yin • A side of slow with your flow

Level 1-2 • Sweat 3

Flow + Yin classes start active and heat-building with options for students of all-levels. The class winds down into long-held poses that, while grounded and low, can also be deep and intense! Flow + Yin is truly the best of both worlds.

+ Gentle Flow • A work-in, not a work-out

Level 1 • Sweat 2

Gentle Flow classes are slow and steady. A mix of grounded and standing movements, all the poses are accessible and feel-good. This yoga class is great for a recovery day or if you just need a little extra love.

+ Kundalini • Strengthen your spirit

Level 1 • Sweat 3

Kundalini yoga classes incorporate mantras, breathing exercises, and repetitive movements called kriyas (that will kick your butt!) to activate your energy centers. This spiritual energy is located at the base of your spine and moves through the chakras, or energy centers, as it rises. Take Kundalini if you’re looking to move past the ego and deepen your spiritual practice.

+ Restore • When you need a chill pill

Restore classes are slow and low. The poses rely on gravity instead of effort, and we use plenty of props for support and grounding. This yoga class will fill your cup, helping you de-stress and relax.

+ Roots • Back to yoga basics

Roots classes are active but build slowly, giving you time to learn yoga poses from the ground up. Whether you’re a beginner, or simply want to deepen your understanding of the yoga tradition and cultivate confidence in your practice, Roots is your yoga class!

+ Sound + Sleep • Your yogic power-nap

Level 1 • Sweat 1

Sound + Sleep classes incorporate yoga nidra + sound healing. You will be guided into a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping through meditation, deep relaxation, and a gong sound bath.

+ Sound + Restore • A chill pill with a side of healing sound

Level 1 • Sweat 1

Restore classes are slow and low. You will be guided into deep relaxation through a gong sound bath. The poses rely on gravity instead of effort, and we use plenty of props for support and grounding. This yoga class will fill your cup, helping you de-stress and relax.

+ Yin • Where stillness meets stretch

Level 1-2 • Sweat 1

Yin is full of long-holds and works deep into the connective tissues. While the class is low and slow, the stretching can also be intense. If you’re in the mood for stillness, you can find it in Yin!
