Bio: I have been teaching yoga since I was 19 years old and am now an RYT 500 with additional certifications as a personal trainer and health coach. I love the energy I get from teaching (and practicing!) yoga
I work hard to make my classes creative and challenging while weaving in space for self-reflection and mindfulness.
I want the time students spend on their mats with me to help them feel stronger, more empowered, and more balanced—physically and mentally.
