She/Her

Bio: I’m honored to be of service as a teacher and guide to your practice. I found yoga early on and have built a strong personal practice of over 30 years that gives me a thorough understanding of the 8 limbs of yoga. I’m registered 500-RYT/200-EYT and have additional certificates for Accessible Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga and Anatomy amongst others.

It’s my goal to create a safe, accessible space for students to explore movement in informed ways that will support their practice and their mind-body connections.

My teaching builds from the belief that core strength and alignment - in mind, body and soul- begins in a space of stillness, allowing us to release what is no longer needed and create space for supportive energies to flow.

In addition to an alignment-based practice, I incorporate the lunar cycles and planetary movements into the practice, heeding the planetary and lunar energy that can impact our minds and bodies both on and off the mat. Most importantly, I create a welcoming space for students to explore their practice with alignment cues and variations to meet the needs of where students are that day.
