Bio: I love teaching yoga to connect with others and also help people connect back to themselves. By taking class with me, you will be guided through breathwork, themed meditations for the day, and a matching flow that is for all levels of students.
You will be encouraged to do intuitive body movements in a way that serves you. I am here to suggest shapes and flows to move in many ways, but in the end, it is your individual experience. I am here to hold space for your mind, body, and soul. You will be sent on a journey of embodiment, proper alignment, and connectedness so that anyone can take this class and leave feeling empowered and become more in tune with themselves and their flow.
Nature, the natural cycles of the seasons and life, deep life lessons, and different spiritual yoga texts will guide the classes themes.
