She/Her

Bio: I completed my 200 hr teacher training through Rachel Wilkins Yoga in the fall of 2020. For me, Yoga is a space of healing, ease, joy, and liberation. It is a practice that continuously reawakens me to my interconnectedness with all other living beings, and the role my healing plays in the healing of the world around me. I often ask myself: how can yoga help deconstruct the various ways our bodies have been colonized?

My classes are a play between fire and water, effort and ease, I like to build heat and maintain a gentleness throughout my flow. I hope to create a safe space for discovering your own strength. A safe space for self-compassion. A space for letting go and exploring this wild, human experience. Laughing, crying, breathing, or just plain being where you are, is all welcomed and encouraged! The body carries so much within it, and I believe it is necessary to include a body-centered approach to liberating ourselves and our communities. Hope to see you soon :)

  • When I'm not on my mat I'm:

Usually soaking up pages of poetry or dancing on salty ocean waves.

  • Something you'd never guess about me is:

I've learned a lot about myself through lucid dreaming.
