Bio: I discovered yoga in 2017 after my best friend became a teacher and during a difficult time after a breakup. I quickly discovered the healing power of the practice. I completed my 200-hr YTT in 2018 with Bodhi Yoga Academy, where I studied the eight-limb Ashtanga yoga method and primary series.

In my own movement practice and teaching, I call on the physical strength and mental discipline that Ashtanga cultivates while finding a sense of playfulness, creativity, and in-the-moment intuition.

I have a passion for taking things slow and getting grounded. My life outside of yoga consists mostly of playing in the ocean, gardening, and reading psychology
books.
