Meaghan Driscoll

She/Her

Bio: Meaghan found yoga in 2003, while living in Chicago. But it wasn’t until she moved to The South Bay ten years ago that she fell in love it with it. She only wishes she had been introduced to it earlier in her life while playing Division 1 soccer at George Mason University. Meaghan is an advocate for educating athletes of all ages about the many benefits of yoga in the prevention and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. Having worked with professional sports teams, she has seen first-hand the powerful influence of breath work and meditation on the athlete’s mind and is passionate about sharing these ancient tools for focus, balance, and mental strength with her students.

Meaghan went on a pilgrimage of faith to India in 2010 where she took her Sattva Yoga Teacher Training. Always a student and team player, she joined the Sol Seek community eight years ago and completed her 200 hour Yoga Mittra teacher training in 2016.
