Bio: My lifetime search for a yoga practice that would bring me to a state of inner peace, brought me to Kundalini Yoga. After taking a handful of classes in the winter of 2010, I signed up for the teacher training program the following Spring. That experience changed my entire understanding of yoga and myself, and I have been teaching ever since.

The motivational stories that my students share with me on how this practice has fundamentally changed their lives, resonates with my own experience of this practice, and continues to inspire me to keep up with my daily personal practice and teach multiple days a week.

I continually remind people to stay connected to the present moment, emotionally and physically, and to relate to how they approach the challenges in their yoga practice as a model to embrace the challenges in their daily lives.
