She/Her

Bio: When I moved to Santa Barbara in 1997 I took my first public yoga class, and I physically felt so out of place however it lead me to feel so good within, I was hooked.

I needed to understand the what and the why's of this ancient practice, so began the long and continuous journey on learning as much as I can about Yoga, and Ayurveda. I became certified as a 200hr Yoga teacher in 2000 in various trainings, as of now I’m over 1500hrs of training; believing I’m only as good of a teacher as I am a student.

While becoming a House Holder I studied Prana Flow with Shiva Rea and today teach all levels interweaving Tantric yoga with Ayurvedic teachings I received from Kerala Academy of Ayurvedic Medicine. At present time I teach Group Classes, Privates, Corporate, and advanced trainings in Santa Barbara.

My joy and passion are to be guided by the going-ons of the outside world and use creative sequencing, breath awareness, foundation alignment, sprinkled with challenge, support and a little laughter to get you to feel what we all deserve…. Full of all you need!
