Bio: Priya believes yoga is for everyBODY. Yoga is possible for any size, shape, age or physical condition. We can all do yoga and what that looks like can differ from one person to the next. Her primary goal with her students is that as they practice, they feel better,  reduce tightness in their bodies, and bring relaxation and peace into their lives. This translates into an improvement in their physical and mental well-being both on and off the mat. 

She loves the heartwarming soul and energy connection and the beautiful stillness and peaceful smiles at the end of class. She is a 500RYT (RYT 200Hr Integral Yoga, RYT 300hr My Vinyasa Practice). Her teaching experience and certifications includes Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin(40hr),  Restorative (40hr) , Trauma Informed(40hr),  Adaptive (40hr), Yoga Nidra (40hr),  Kids (95hr Kidding Around Yoga) and Prenatal. She is also a mediation teacher (MBSR) providing mediation workshops and coaching along with her Reiki Level 1 Certification.
