Sierra Noland

She/Her

Bio: My goal is to redefine what yoga is and who practices it. Laughing, falling over, and trying again are all welcome in my classes. I love to teach relatable and playful classes that are accessible to all levels, backgrounds, shapes, and sizes.

Through body acceptance and trauma-sensitive language, I create an environment of inclusion. In my classes, you’ll enjoy a dad-joke, goofiness that invites you out of your head and into a sense of community.

The heartbeat of my teaching is curiosity and humility. I believe yoga cannot be separated from its context and history, and I am dedicated to uprooting systems of oppression inside and outside the yoga world. I hope my classes can not only be the best part of your day but also inspire positive change both individually and collectively.
