We love celebrating the Solstice because it’s all about embracing the light, cultivating energy, and stoking your inner fire! This is the time of our essential ‘aliveness’ that inspires creativity, connection, and good vibes.
Join us on July 9th for a belated celebration of this significant time! We’ll meet for a free yoga class led by Courtney at Leadbetter Beach, then stick around for a dance party + potluck by the water.
Let’s come together in community to celebrate summer vibes in the most Santa Barbara way - at the beach! ☀️
🙏 The Class: An all-levels flow led by Courtney in the sand at Leadbetter Beach. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts. Pro-tip: bring a beach towel to practice on instead of a yoga mat!
😋 The Potluck: Please bring a dish, snack, or beverage to share with the community! We’ll provide the tables, plates, and cups. Let us know what you’re bringing by filling out our Potluck Sign-Up Form.
🕺 The Party: We’ll bring the vibes with a summer-themed playlist! Please note that this is not a silent disco, but an equally-awesome regular disco. Dancing is super highly encouraged!
